A significant part of the crime is MORTGAGE SERVICING FRAUD- the largest financial scam in history. http://www.msfraud.org/ Wall Street criminals have made fortunes wagering Credit Default Swaps knowing full well their subsidiary servicers were busily “manufacturing” paper defaults by stacking up unwarranted fees, force placing insurance and failing to credit payments on time or at all. Credit Default Swaps pay out when there is a credit “event” such as default and in the case of these highly leveraged bets, they pay out very well. Many of these victims have NEVER missed a mortgage payment!
