Everyone else is taking the fall for Marc Dann except Marc Dann. Get this Youngstown mafia-backed goon out of the Ohio Attorney General’s office NOW!
I am so sick of his excesses. So sick of his total lack of ethics. So sick of the pack of wolves he runs with. So sick of the total lack of regard for not only the state of Ohio, but his own employees, ESPECIALLY his female employees.
He’s admitted to an affair with an employee. He won’t say which employee. His scheduler, Jessica Utovich, the rumored paramour, however, has resigned without stating a reason.
What does it do to a work environment when certain people have access to the boss because they have SEX with him? Isn’t that WRONG, WRONG, WRONG?
Not only shouldn’t he be Ohio Attorney General, he shouldn’t even be in a position to ever hire anybody nor should he ever be in a position to supervise anybody. He only understands how to abuse his power and authority. He has no concept of professionalism. If you were a female, how would you feel if Dann were your co-worker? You’d either feel resentful because he was always hitting on you, or, if you weren’t his target, you’d feel resentful that other women were giving in to his sexual harassment to gain workplace privileges that you won’t get access to.
Everyone in the MSM and everyone in the blogosphere, you have free rein to call Marc Dann any disparaging name you choose. After all, he’s in no position to file a defamation suit against anyone. He’s already defamed himself.

I don’t see how he’s going to be able to continue, once he admitted he had an affair it’s pretty hard to argue that doesn’t affect the credibility of the office and him as the AG.

And I hope he doesn’t continue.

As Eric from Plunderbund so aptly states:

That’s some round up Dan! Thank you.

I dont see how he survives.

I’m getting impatient. I keep waiting for breaking news that he’s outta-there. Quit stalling, Mr. Dann. I want you out NOW!

We want Subodh!
May 2, 2008 at 5:54 pm
Let’s swear him in tomorrow! Dann, you need to resign NOW, so we can have someone respectable take your place immediately!
And if ODP Chair Chris Redfern thinks that procrastinating making this change will wield some kind of tactical advantage, I think he’s wrong.

good as gone

Scott as far as I am concerned YOU can have HIM ( Subodh) 🙂
May 3, 2008 at 8:23 am
I voted for Betty Montgomery.

And Loraine, if Subodh Chandra does replace Marc Dann and has to run for election himself, I’m sure that the cases he’s taken (including representing Lorain County Auditor’s office) ought to be fair game during the campaign in the run up to the elections.
May 3, 2008 at 9:22 am
You’d get him too Loraine, whether you wanted him or not.
Say what you will – Chandra is a brilliant legal mind, and in the minds of many of our other best and brightest, should have been the Democratic nominee for AG in 2006 to begin with.
Had the Democrats not been playing their games and stacking their own decks – Dann would not have turned out to have been the embarrassment he has become, and Stewart would have had to search for a different attorney.
It could have been “all good”.

I don’t think so Scott we will have to agree to disagree , I don’t know the man just what I have “READ” and also the “meet the bloggers information” however looking closely at his manipulative media mantra and the dissing of a persons reputation for the benefit of his case.those are qualities that I don’t find attractive… I can’t see that he is any better than anyone else in the polictical pot. I will give him the fact that he is a cleverer manipulator in my opinion but something doesn’t smell right with him either and I am just going with my gut instincts …Same dish just different ingredients going into the “flavouring “of the voters” …… win at any cost????????? I voted for Montgomery for the only reason that she at least passed on my “Tax payers inititiative complaint” to the Governor ( others buried it and oh yeah it got buried in the Governors office too… but at least she responded……..I think you are putting too much faith in a media (play in in the court of public opinion)misleader….. just my opinion…….
